Individual needed to assist with membership and meeting/event registration for several non-profit associations within HollandParlette, an established national association management firm.
Candidate would be responsible for handling membership inquiries as well as processing applications and renewals. Individual would also coordinate registration for meetings, webinars and virtual conferences.

Candidate should be well-organized and possess solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, internet and experience working with database applications, such as FileMaker Pro. Excellent customer service and phone skills required. Previous experience with MACs preferred.
Small, fast-paced office environment. Ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines. Candidate should be a self-starter and able to work with limited direction. Previous association/non-profit employment and experience with MAC OS is preferred, but not required.
