The eCommerce System Manager will be responsible for overseeing Order Management System (OMS) to ensure the electronic accessibility of all JCR and JCI product lines on the JCR and JCI webstores. This position also partners with technical experts at American Eagle, the fulfillment vendors and internal product lines in designing, developing, modifying, and documenting current and future OMS and related business processes. Leads and/or participate in all phases and is responsible for project management, design, testing, implementing and supporting the OMS on time and within budget. Demonstrates a combination of business knowledge and technical expertise with strong analysis and problem solving skills.
Completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, marketing or communications.
3-5 years experience of ecommerce platform development. Experience using Google Analytics is a plus.
Requires an understanding of data modeling, process flow modeling, user interface, application interface, data processing, reporting, application/system integration, and technical architecture.
3-5 years’ experience with project management and serving within the capacity of a business analyst.
Skilled in operation of the Microsoft office suite, especially Microsoft project, power point and excel.
Exhibits strong problem solving skills and resourcefulness. Uses expertise to identify and analyze problems and assess potential issues to improve applications in a timely manner.
Excellent planning, organization, and scheduling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
